Born in Ponferrada, raised in Madrid and currently living in Ibiza, Javier is the Spartan energy at The DOER Ibiza. Javier is a free spirit, a little bit eccentric, a self-made man and he knows perfectly the island for over 20 years. His extensive career has been developed in startups, small, medium and global large companies in the real estate, advertising, fashion, tourism, entertainment and luxury concierge industries in managerial, marketing, sales and VIP concierge/protection positions in companies such as Look & Find, Nuevo Círculo Financiero, Prisa, Vkingas, and Luciernaga Magenta amongst others. From his beginning in 2012 in the luxury concierge industry in Ibiza he has worked with high executives, celebs sportsmen, high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and companies from the Middle East, Russia, Ukraine, USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, The Netherlands, Nigeria, India, Singapore, Australia and Spain.

Javier P. Gallego combines his position at The DOER Ibiza with his role as affiliated Ibiza Director at Agatha Gladstone, a British owned holding company specialized in Venture Capital and Bespoke Traveling Planning for clients from the Middle East and holds a MBA focused to the entertainment industry from the prestigious EOI Business School in Madrid and also he has studies in law, tourism, entrepreneurship, finances, real estate, marketing, sales, e-commerce and digital marketing. He is known amongst clients, partners and peers for his integrity, discretion, energy, drive, intelligence, style, networkability, ability to work under extreme pressure, goal-oriented mentality and his keen ability to understand his clients’ tastes and needs. He is a noble man with a big heart but an authentic warrior, an angel protector for his family, friends and clients.
